Turning

Turning is the processing of materials by cutting. During turning, the outer and inner surfaces of the metal are cut with various turning knives. We perform turning works with modern machining centers (CNC). Programmable machines ensure maximum precision and the shortest production time.

The parts to be turned can be cylindrical, conical, spherical, shaped, so flat end surfaces are processed. The operation of turning external surfaces is called facing, internal surfaces – turning, end surfaces – end turning or turning.

Materials: metals (steel, stainless steel, tool steel, copper, aluminum, bronze, titanium), plastics (HDPE, POM, PET, PP, PA).

Maximum dimensions of the part: diameter 290 mm, length 800 mm.
